Do you think you are not creative? I don’t completely blame you, the part of the problem is that we aren’t taught to create, in schools or jobs, they prepare us to solve tasks and obey orders.

Our Education system gives more emphasis the most on science and mathematics which are important, but they leave behind creativity and self-expression which enables us to create and deliver our product.
A study conducted in 2010 showed that the world’s top business leaders named creativity the most important quality to have to lead the world, and this quality is left behind in our education.
No wonder people feel they aren’t creative after years of the same practice.
But it’s never too late to change.
Imagination
The human nature is vastly defined by the incomparable scope of imagination, this is what allows us to see beyond the present moment and our immediate environment.
Every great creation of mankind began with imagination and thought.
This ability is which enables us to improve our understanding of the present and helps shape the future. It is also the source of our powers of creativity.
It is when you are being creative is when you come up with original ideas or piece existing ones in a different form to come up with something new. Creativity doesn’t have to be in the field of arts,. It can be in math, engineering, writing, business, or anything in general
The 2 steps in the process of creation are :
First to come up with the ideas — Create something completely new or use existing ideas and put them in a specific pattern to create a new one, and the second is to evaluate them to refine or reject them.
The Friction
Innovation only happens when you put ideas into practice. when a new product is created or a system is introduced.
This sounds straightforward right?
Yet most leaders run into the fear that the responsibility for coming up with new ideas will fall on them, or they come to a stage of acceptance of chaos and let go of control.
But this should not be the case, innovation thrives only when there is a balance between experimentation and supervision.
It is this fear of experimentation that keeps many business leaders from creating different, exiting the rat race and creating something new and disrupting.
Flexibility

For this to work successfully, information needs to flow freely, so teams and organizations should let go of rigid hierarchies. This way, the leaders will have access to as many ideas as possible, then more ideas can be tested and in turn, leads to more unique products.
This concept should be implemented in the mindset of everyone and not only business leaders, the parents of this era need to let their children find their passion and go towards that.
